We have officially launched our corporate plan CP24+ across the business! Over the last few weeks, teams across Futures have been taking part in corporate plan launch sessions to understand how each of us can better support our refreshed vision, strategies, and areas of ambition.

We're really proud to finally share it, especially because we got a lot of valuable input from our customers, partner organisations, and team members. Our customers, in particular, played a big role in shaping our future by giving us feedback in a survey we sent out in October 2023.

Here's a breakdown of the feedback we got from customers.

Our vision is ‘Providing quality homes and services for better futures’ and as part of our CP24+ launch sessions, each of our teams highlighted how we can make key areas of our corporate plan a priority in the way we support our customers and communities.
