We've published our second ever ESG report, which shows where we are on our sustainability journey inline with the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing.

Last year's report showed we're doing well against the standard and now we have a benchmark to compare to, and see how we can make sure we're continually moving in the right direction. We hope this second ESG report shows you, our customers and stakeholders our dedication to doing all we can to reduce our carbon footprint and do more for people and the planet.

We published our first sustainability strategy in 2022, outlining our current position and goals for the future. The strategy explains our short term aims over the next few years to our ultimate destination of achieving net zero by 2050.

Our corporate plan for 2020-23 sets out our vision and details how we will achieve our ambition of building and acquiring 300 new homes a year. The plan has been extended to 2024 and work is getting underway on developing a new corporate plan for 2024-27.
