Key responsibilities:
Being the voice of your community, influencing our services and spreading the word about the work we do.
We're looking to recruit community champions to represent Futures in their local area, give a voice to your community and influence our services based on what you need.
You'll be responsible for facilitating open communication channels between Futures and your community, supporting our Community Housing Officers with events and activities and gathering feedback from residents about the things that matter to them.
You'll need to be good at building strong relationships and actively engage with other customers in your area.
