Do you need help to improve your self-belief and take positive steps towards a brighter future? Access Training East Midlands, which we co-own with Nottingham Community Housing Association, is holding a free, four day confidence building course in Alfreton during March.
The course is funded through the Adult Skills Fund so you do need to be receiving benefits and aged 19 or over. If you're interested, the course is designed to help you:
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Manage stress effectively
- Improve time management
- Enhance teamwork skills.
It's being held from Tuesday 24 March to Friday 27 March at one of our community centres: Firs House, Firs Garden, off Rodgers Lane, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7FU.
