Futures Housing Group is partnering with The Word Is Out for a project to help us understand our customers' stories and their relationship with social housing – and we want to talk to you. 

The Word Is Out is a small research agency that creates videos for brands and companies across the UK. The team of two (Dan and Roseann) specialise in speaking to customers to offer a space for open and honest discussions, delivering meaningful research to their clients. 

We’re working with The Word is Out to bring our customers’ experiences to life through short films that illustrate their day-to-day lives and unique stories. 

Over the next few months, we'll be speaking to customers with an aim to help us better tackle our everyday responsibilities, and make sure we do our part in raising awareness of the real-life experiences with social housing. We want to speak to customers from all our communities and all walks of life – so whoever you are and whatever your experience is, we’d love to hear from you.
