From Friday 4 February at 12pm, MyAccount customers will be unable to report repairs while we do essential upgrades to our system. We are aiming to have completed this work by 2pm on Monday 7 February.
We will also be unable to answer any non-emergency calls until 8.30am on Monday morning due to this upgrade.
