We want our customers to be involved in how we work - whether it's looking at policies and procedures, getting out and about in communities, or having your say on campaigns and projects that are happening across the business.
We have previously had customers built into our governance structure through our Insight Committee, and our online community platform My Voice - but we're now making some changes to give customers an even more powerful voice. Want to know how can you get involved and shape the future of Futures?

- Contact us directly to give feedback on your experiences, by email, phone or web form.
- Check out an estate walkabout with our Communities team.
- Visit a coffee morning or community day (keep an eye on our Facebook page to find out when these are happening!).
