Northamptonshire estate walkabouts

Fessey Road

• Meeting where and when: Fessey Road, NN11 6XD on 4 March at 10am.
• What streets: Woodford Road, Fessey Road, The Causeway, Lovett Road.

Church Street

• Meeting where and when: Church Street,  LE16 9RN on 20  January at 11am.
• What streets: Church Street.
• What happened: The local community housing officer joined residents and found no concerns or actions to carry out. 

King Style Close

• Meeting where and when: Pickle and Pie, 23 Church Street, NN6 7TP on 29 January at 9:30am. 
• What streets: King Style Close, Portlow Lane, Ellen Close, Bucknills Lane

What happened

Apart from a couple of issues in customer's gardens we found these streets to be in great condition.

Kingsway Close

• Meeting where and when: Milner Close, 9RA . On 10 February at 13:00pm.
• What streets: Kingsway Close, Butlin Close.

The Lealand

• Meeting where and when: The Lealand, LE16 9SQ on 20 January at 12:30pm.
• What streets: The Lealand, Harborough Road.
• What happened: The local community housing officer joined residents and found no concerns or actions to carry out. 

Greenhill Court

• Meeting where and when: Greenhill Court,  NN6 7PG on 15 January at 12pm - to be rescheduled due to the weather.
• What streets:  Grasscroft, Ryehill Close, Greenhill Road.

Ocean House 

• Meeting where and when: Ocean House car park, NN11 4TF on 21 April at 10am.
• What streets: Vernon Close, Napier Close, Sturdee Close, Jennings Close, Keys Close, Jervis Close, Evans Close, Blake Close.  

Admirals Way

• Meeting where and when:  Ocean House Car park, NN11 4TF on 1 September at 10am.
• What streets:  Admirals way, Trafalgar Way, Ocean House.

The Green

• Meeting where and when:  The Green, NN11 6JB on 4 February at 10am.
• What streets:  Windmill Lane, The Orchard, Braunston Lane, The Green
• What happened: Our Community Housing Officer was accompanied by our local PCSO and we found the village was clean and tidy, with all properties well looked after. 

The Severn

• Meeting where and when: The Medway, NN11 4QX on 13 February at 10am.
• What streets: The Severn, Thames Road, The Medway, Eden Close, Derwent Close.

The Medway

• Meeting where and when: Medway, NN11 4QX on 13 February at 10am.
• What streets: The Severn, Thames Road, The Medway, Eden Close, Derwent Close.

The Leam

• Meeting where and when: Nene Walk, NN11 4QH on 18 March at 10am.
• What streets: The Leam, Dee Walk, Nene Walk, The Witham.

Cherwell

• Meeting where and when: Cherwell, NN11 4QJ on 10 April at 10am.
• What streets: The Cherwell, Trent Walk, Avon Close, Welland Close, Staverton Road.

Croft way

• Meeting where and when: Entrance to Kings Park, NN7 4QY on 29 January at 12pm.
• What streets: Croft Way, Queens Park, Dukelands, Starmers Row.

What happened

These streets were found to be in a good condition but we did spot some overgrown hedges and items in gardens that need removing. We'll be in touch with the relevant people to get these issues sorted.

Adams Road

• Meeting where and when: Gorse Road,  NN11 3QN on 22 January at 10am.
• What streets: Adams Road, Barnett Crescent, Anscomb Way, Townsend, Nelsons Avenue, Gorse Road, Manor Road.
