What happened on the last walkabout on 10 June 2025
Two of our team led this walkabout, together with Police Community Safety Officer Freeman.
The main issue we found was fly tipping around the bin stores and car park area. We spoke to a resident who also highlighted this as a concern.
This time we didn't have an opportunity to get feedback from other local residents as the streets were quiet and nobody turned up specifically to join us on the walkabout.
Newbold Verdon

What happened
We found a few issues which we've reported, including:
- A fridge freezer outside a home which the customer said they'll remove that day.
- Rubbish outside a home - we have written a letter to ask them to remove this within the next month.
- Fly-tipping found outside a flat which we've reported to our grounds maintenance team, which can take up to four weeks for it to be removed.
