Who attended: One Neighbourhood Officer from Futures.
Where did we go: Parks Avenue, Shaw Wood View, Shaw Wood Close.
Neighbourhood Officer's notes: A very nice area with the majority of customers taking pride in their gardens. With the exception of a few.
Actions identified: There were 3 x properties with overgrown gardens. 1 x communal area with items in the stairwell which is a fire risk. 1 x caravan in a garden too close to the property - this has now been resolved.
