Who attended: Two Neighbourhood Officers from Futures.
Where did we go: Windmill Rise Spencer Drive, Park Side, Ward Drive, Welbeck Close, Springfield Crescent.
Actions identified: There were 11 properties identified with untidy gardens mainly overgrown / not maintained. 2 x property had building waste outside and so a visit with Assets Management was arranged. Welbeck Close flats were clear with some issues with stair flooring that has been raised by the block inspector. The main issue was children's toys left on the close that needed to go inside and bags of clothes left for a charity that never collected.
All issues now resolved.
