Actions identified: Two properties identified with rubbish outside and 11 x maintenance issues reported. Silver status identified and next visit due in six months.
Rubbish has since been removed from one property, the other one is still in the process of being resolved with external agency intervention. All maintenance issues were reported to our internal team and have either been investigated or resolved.
