Who attended: Two Neighbourhood Officers from Futures, Community Safety Partnership, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and Safer Neighbourhoods Team.
Where did we go: Hawthorne Ave, Rowan Ave, Chestnut Ave, Laurel Ave, Cedar Ave, Bernard Boam, Holly Ave, Sycamore Ave, Cherry Tree Ave, Poplar Ave.
Actions identified: Three properties identified with rubbish outside or visible tenancy breaches. Communal area issues identified and reported. Ranked as Silver. The communal issues have been reported and have either been rectified or are on planned works in the future.
All tenancy breaches and rubbish removed on follow up visit. Some customer support needs were identified on the follow up visit and have been referred to relevant agencies for ongoing support.
