Who attended: Two Neighbourhood Officers from Futures, PC and PCSO Safer Neighbourhoods Team.
Where did we go: Ash Crescent, Peartree Ave, Willow Ave, Almond Ave, Woodside Ave, Oak Ave, Weston Spot.
Actions identified: One communal issue reported. One repair issue was also identified, and on speaking to the customer further repairs issues were reported. Gold score. Repair issue reported and continued support from our asset management team to co-ordinate the repairs required.
