Who attended: Two Neighbourhood Officers from Futures.
Where did we go: Hathersage Drive, Hibbitt Close, Wootton Close, Abott Court.
Neighbourhood Officer's notes: Small area with a few properties. The majority of the ones we do have are well maintained to a good standard.
Actions identified: The main issues were identified in the area around Abbott Court with yearly issues with communal entry doors being broken, letterboxes broken and waste being dumped at the rear of the block. There was 1 property that had garden issues that are still being managed. There was 1 x broken gas box/fence and a broken window.
On the day of the inspection Abbott Court was in a good condition with nothing to report. All issues resolved.
