Who attended: Two Neighbourhood Officers from Futures.
Where did we go: Beresford Place, Chatsworth Crescent, Haddon Close, Kinder Crescent.
Neighbourhood Officer's notes: Overall this was well maintained with customers taking pride in their homes.
Actions identified: 1 property had an untidy garden full of household items/overgrown - however this was already going through the legal process. There were 3 properties with gardens that needed a cut as overgrown. When I spoke with customers it was just weather conditions that had stopped them doing it as it had been too cold - or too early in the year. On the next inspection gardens had been cut and maintained. No further action.
