We know there are lots of factors that can have an impact on your mental health and wellbeing. At Futures, we want to do everything we can to support you as best we can – whether it’s providing you with financial advice, helping you to find work or training, or giving you a community to be a part of.
The cost of living crisis is making life challenging for many people across the country. We know this is likely to affect some of our customers, and we want to support you. Our money advice team are there to provide advice and guidance on money matters – whether you need support with a budget, managing debt or making sure you’re getting everything you’re entitled to.
You don’t need to be at crisis point to access our service – in fact, the earlier you contact us, the easier it is for us to help.
We know that life can be difficult without work – it helps to give us a sense of purpose, structure our days and support ourselves financially. That's why we offer a free employment advice service to all our customers – so whether you're trying to get back on your feet or looking for your next adventure, you’re not alone. We can help with anything from application forms and interview preparation to finding a training course that's right for you.

Last week’s Mental Health Awareness Week was focused on loneliness, and a great way to combat this is by finding a community to get involved in. My Voice is our online customer community, where you can share your views on decisions that will shape the future of Futures, and also get to know fellow customers in our social zones and forums. It’s free to join, and taking part in discussions will earn you points that can be exchanged for online shopping vouchers.
