Warwick Court is an independent living scheme for people aged 55 and over in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
We currently have one bedroom flats available, with each flat having a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and wet room.
24-hour support is available through our lifeline service, as well as secure door entry and intercom system, onsite laundry services, a large communal garden and a communal car park.
White goods are not provided and no pets are allowed.

Warwick Court has a mixture of accessible ground floor and first floor flats.
To help with your safety and independence, this flat has both a door entry system and a 24-hour telecare alarm service to call for help in an emergency. The cost of both of these is included in the weekly charges.
Warwick Court has a communal garden for enjoying the outdoors as well as a shared laundry facility.
The bathroom is a wet room with level access to the shower.
The property has gas heating.
The property is unfurnished.
Daventry is a vibrant market town in the West Northamptonshire Council area. The city of Coventry and the town of Northampton are close neighbours.
Warwick Court is within walking distance to the town centre, doctors surgery and nearby shops.
Daventry town is a fantastic example of a historic market town, with many of its buildings in the central town dating back to the 17th and 19th Centuries. A market is also held every Tuesday and Friday in the High Street.

Four weeks' rent is payable in advance. We will also ask for ID and references.
Domestic pets are not allowed at Warwick Court.
Please be aware that if you are currently renting a property with Futures or another housing association you will need to give four weeks’ notice to end your current tenancy.
If you are currently renting privately, please make sure that you are in a position to move. If you have a fixed term tenancy you are legally bound to pay your rent to the end of the tenancy, unless your landlord agrees to you leaving early.
It may take several weeks from the date you are offered a property to the date it is ready for letting. Please ensure that you can afford to move.
