Stephenson Court has a mixture of accessible ground floor and first floor flats.

To help with your safety and independence, this flat has both a door entry system and a 24-hour telecare alarm service to call for help in an emergency. The cost of both of these is included in the weekly charges.

Stephenson Court has a communal garden for enjoying the outdoors as well as shared laundry.

 

 

The bathroom is a wet room with level access to the shower.

The property has biomass heating and is unfurnished.

Kilsby is a small village, mid-way between Daventry and Rugby. Much of the village is a conservation area and it includes several thatched properties as well as two pubs and two churches.

The village has plenty of community groups and the Kilsby Kronicle village newspaper will help you stay up to date with what's going on.

Four weeks' rent is payable in advance. We will also ask for ID and references.

Please be aware that if you are currently renting a property with Futures or another housing association you will need to give four weeks’ notice to end your current tenancy.

If you are currently renting privately, please make sure that you are in a position to move. If you have a fixed term tenancy you are legally bound to pay your rent to the end of the tenancy, unless your landlord agrees to you leaving early.

It may take several weeks from the date you are offered a property to the date it is ready for letting.  Please ensure that you can afford to move.
