We’re on the hunt for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our mission to find the door and help our people walk through it.

Like Morpheus, we’re looking for a flexible, adaptable, data dynamo who can help transform our reality and – crucially – how we do business. This role is being uploaded so we can recruit special talent working at the cutting edge of our Research and Intelligence programme which is helping Futures improve what it does and how it does it.

Because it's a cross-business role, we need a people-person who can effortlessly order and translate complex data into information for people who are not nearly as data literate as you! Naturally, you’ll be obsessed with how data can be harnessed by organisations to deliver better outcomes for our customers’ lives.

You’ll be joining Futures at an exciting time of change for the Group, delivering a full range of services on an exciting range of projects giving our Clerk of Works real diversity in their role.

You’ll be a completer, finisher with a real talent for partnering with Contractors and Project Teams alike.

You’ll be proactive in identifying potential difficulties, swift in taking preventative actions and detail focussed when reporting on contract progress.

You’ll be quality focussed when meeting project targets and your technical knowledge will be invaluable when executing our schemes in accordance with standards.

A few key points from our role profile:

• Monitor the quality of all materials and workmanship ensuring compliance with the building contract/development agreement and drawings/specifications. Carry out all snagging and weekly technical inspections to ensure completion to required standard. To deliver a full range of clerk of works services on allocated projects, be it S.106 planning gain, package deal, off-the-shelf purchases and/or land-led development.
• Ensure the Employers Agent and their representatives undertake the relevant number of inspections. Working with the Employers Agent to advise of potential problems and establish satisfactory construction outcomes.
• Work in close partnership with the contractor and Internal and external project team, to support the overall objectives of construction to time, cost and quality of the project.
• Keep accurate records on site and report regularly to the Futures scheme project manager. Provide specific contract and general technical support to the team.
• Ensure that all adoption inspections have been carried out together with all work for the final handover.
• To take action to identify potential difficulties on site and take preventative actions.

Your weekly hours of work would be 37, Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly. You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.

We’re on the hunt for a special someone to hit the ground running in support of our Independent Living Schemes. Are you hunting for a new challenge with an ambitious organisation and ready to join us on our mission to deliver ‘Great Places’, Great Services’, and ‘Great Tomorrows’.

You’ll responsible for visiting and supporting our most vulnerable customers residing in our independent living homes., to meet the needs of those customers as necessary and provide regular support/reassurance visits to those customers who request them.

This role will be predominantly based in our North region with some travel to the South region as required so you’ll need your full UK licence and use of a car for work purposes.

You’ll be looking for real variety in your role; interacting with our customers, external agencies and partners, your team and the wider business, as well as signposting customers to appropriate support services.

You’ll also be looking for a challenge which will put your knowledge of supported housing and independent living to excellent use along with your ability to identify the needs and preferences of the customer and adapt the service accordingly.

• Provide a floating support service to customers living in our independent living schemes.
• Assess and provide regular support visits as necessary to meet the demands of individual customers.
• Support the Independent Living Officers with viewings and sign ups of new prospective customers as requested.
• Carry out regular scheme visits and inspections of community centres, including any health and safety checks as required.
• Signpost customers to FHG tenancy support team for money advice and/or other third-party agency support where appropriate.
• Support the work of the Independent Living Officers, by consulting with customers regarding any proposed works on schemes, ensure customers views are taken into consideration and encourage customers to engage with all activities which may affect their home.

Who are we looking for?

We’re really proud of our Repairs Team at Futures and their commitment to providing our customers with the best service possible, due to internal promotions we’re now on the hunt for a Plumber Drainage Engineer to join the team.

You’ll find with us perfect platform to showcase your high quality work and the skills you've gained in your career so far in Plumbing and Drainage and your NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) will be an asset to you in this role.

You’ll be a great communicator as you’ll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the Planned and Responsive works you do provide a great customer experience by being on time and to a high standard

A few key points from our role profile:

• To carry out a range of Drainage & Plumbing works including multi-skilled work. Main duties to include inspecting, clearing and repairing drainage pipework, locating and repairing leaking cold water supply pipes. In addition, general domestic plumbing works, including repairs to rainwater goods, works to include making good to any areas disturbed by the work e.g., plaster patching, tiling, pipe boxing.
• Coordinate with relevant Water Services Company to arrange appointments for issues found including leaks, water supply issues and sewage.
• Alongside Assets Team, work with Water Services Company on any issued Section 75 notices involving private/shared water supplies to ensure issue is dealt with in a timely manner to minimise likelihood of fines.
• Provide the main point of contact for internal teams on drains, working with in-house expertise in Development as well as external Site Agents, Developers and Contractors to monitor and unblock drains where required, as well as carrying out camera surveys.
• Communicate with external Councils on a range of issues from environmental health to flooding problems, speaking with local councillors as well as relevant Highways Departments to problem solve, help and provide expert advice.
• Be the Company’s main point of contact for all pest control, dealing with issues in-house where possible as well as coordinating with external contractors where required.
