We’re looking for a CRM Developer on an 18 month fixed term contract to help shape, support and improve our Microsoft Dynamics platform as we continue to develop how CRM is used across the business. If you enjoy solving problems, building practical solutions and working with others to turn ideas into systems that make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who likes getting under the skin of how things work, understanding what people need and creating solutions that are practical, reliable and easy to build on.

You’ll be part of the Digital Team to support project delivery by implementing Microsoft Dynamics across Futures, working closely with our technology partners, ICT colleagues and business stakeholders. Together, you’ll support successful delivery, keep the live system running well and help us make ongoing improvements.

You’ll help develop Dynamics solutions that meet business needs, support testing and user acceptance activity, and troubleshoot issues so the platform continues to work well and grow with us.

Using your technical knowledge, curiosity and clear communication skills, you’ll help translate requirements into well-designed solutions. You’ll also document developments clearly, so they’re easy to support, improve and build on in the future.

You’ll bring knowledge, skills and understanding from working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, along with confidence using related Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 and SharePoint. You may also have knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, Azure Logic Apps or housing systems, but we’re just as interested in your willingness to share skills and knowledge, collaborate and keep improving how we work.

A few key things you’ll be doing:

• Work alongside our technology partners to support the successful delivery of our CRM project.
• Develop Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet business needs and support better ways of working.
• Collaborate with Digital, ICT, Business Change and colleagues across the organisation to understand requirements and turn them into practical solutions.
• Support testing, user acceptance activity and the introduction of new features or improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and help improve platform performance and stability.

For this role you’ll receive a salary of £60,910.00 and a £4.000 retention allowance at the end of the fixed term contract. We have a 37 hour working week, paid monthly. You’ll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days at Christmas, along with mileage, private healthcare options, discount schemes and a strong focus on health and wellbeing.

We’re looking for a Customer Feedback and Engagement Coordinator to help us collect, coordinate and share customer feedback across Futures.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, information and digital tools, and wants to help turn customer feedback into meaningful service improvement.

You’ll also help close the feedback loop by showing customers how their views have influenced change, improvement or review.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll bring together customer feedback from surveys, digital engagement, complaints, compliments, focus groups, events, scrutiny activity, call transcriptions and sentiment analysis.

You’ll organise feedback so it can be shared clearly with colleagues, service leads and the Insight Team, helping customer voice shape decisions and improvements.

You’ll also:

• support the development of a self-serve customer feedback dashboard
• manage and keep our customer engagement platform up to date
• help design accessible and inclusive ways for customers to get involved
• support customer engagement activity such as surveys, campaigns, events and focus groups
• work with Communications and service teams to share “you said, we did” style updates with customers
• support new feedback systems, tools, workflows and automated reporting
• build strong relationships across the organisation to help strengthen how we use customer feedback.
• Manage the My Voice Platform creating surveys and innovative information pieces and collating information from users of the site

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone organised, curious and customer-focused, who enjoys working with others and can turn feedback into clear, useful insight.

You don’t need to have done this exact role before. If you’re comfortable working with feedback, systems and information from different sources, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll bring:
