We’re looking for a Community Safety Manager to join Futures and lead our specialist service within the wider Communities Team. Working closely with colleagues, external partners and multi-agency forums such as MAPPA, MARAC and Community Safety Partnerships, you’ll help deliver coordinated action that puts victims’ needs at the heart of our work, tackles unacceptable behaviour and helps communities feel reassured.

You’ll bring excellent knowledge of housing law and legislation relating to ASB, strong people management skills and the ability to solve problems fairly and logically. You’ll also be confident using data, maintaining accurate records, managing performance and working with partners to achieve positive outcomes.

• Lead the Community Safety Team, including performance, staffing, risk and complex cases.
• Provide direction on ASB, hate crime and domestic abuse case management, including early intervention and legal action where needed.
• Review ASB cases, customer risk and team performance using a harm based approach.

• Respond to safeguarding and domestic abuse concerns, making sure issues are escalated swiftly and sensitively.

We’re looking for a Construction Quality Inspector to join Futures and play an important role in making sure our development projects are built safely, carefully and to the high standards our customers deserve.

This is a great opportunity for someone with practical construction experience who enjoys being on site, checking the detail and helping project teams deliver quality homes through to handover.

Working with our Senior Construction Quality Inspectors, Head of Programme Delivery, employers’ agents, contractors and project teams, you’ll support inspections across development schemes. You’ll monitor workmanship and materials, record progress and help spot issues early so they can be resolved in the right way.

You’ll carry out weekly technical inspections, snagging and handover checks, keeping accurate records and providing clear updates to the Futures scheme project manager. You’ll also support adoption and end of defects inspections, making sure outstanding items are recorded and followed up.

You’ll bring relevant practical construction experience, ideally from site supervision, inspection, clerk of works, trades or another technical role. You’ll need a Level 3 construction or built environment qualification, or equivalent experience, and an HNC or HND in Construction, Surveying or the Built Environment would be a bonus.

We’re looking for a Customer Feedback and Engagement Coordinator to help us collect, coordinate and share customer feedback across Futures.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, information and digital tools, and wants to help turn customer feedback into meaningful service improvement.

You’ll also help close the feedback loop by showing customers how their views have influenced change, improvement or review.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll bring together customer feedback from surveys, digital engagement, complaints, compliments, focus groups, events, scrutiny activity, call transcriptions and sentiment analysis.

You’ll organise feedback so it can be shared clearly with colleagues, service leads and the Insight Team, helping customer voice shape decisions and improvements.

You’ll also:

• support the development of a self-serve customer feedback dashboard

• help design accessible and inclusive ways for customers to get involved
• support customer engagement activity such as surveys, campaigns, events and focus groups
• work with Communications and service teams to share “you said, we did” style updates with customers

• Manage the My Voice Platform creating surveys and innovative information pieces and collating information from users of the site
