• To have adequate training and qualifications to operate on occasions without supervision.

• Ensure waste is managed in line with the business certified environmental system.
• To be aware of and comply with, the relevant risk assessments, hazards and the control measures to be used.

We’re on the hunt for a positive, friendly and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our buzzing, friendly and experienced team ready to support you on your career journey and our mission to deliver ‘Great Places’, ‘Great Services’ and ‘Great Tomorrows’.

As a top performing housing provider, no two days are the same for our busy team. We handle a massive variety of contacts - from helping customers with repairs and payments to tackling arrears and dealing with sensitive issues so you’ll need to be calm under pressure, resilient and respectful – even when faced with challenging situations.

You’ll be a natural people-person with the skills to flick effortlessly between calls, emails and webchats, while maintaining exceptional experiences for our valued customers - whatever the channel.

You don’t need previous experience of the housing sector - because you’ll learn loads on the job very quickly, supported by our 3-week induction programme to build your knowledge. You will however need a basic knowledge of technology and an excellent telephone manner.

You’ll start your career journey in our amazing new workspace and on completion of your 3-month training period and having met the necessary criteria you’ll progress to agile working. We’re on the hunt for a special someone to hit the ground running in support of our Independent Living Schemes as part of our Communities Service, on a 12 month fixed-term contract . Are you hunting for a new challenge with an ambitious organisation and ready to join us on our mission to deliver ‘Great Places’, Great Services’, and ‘Great Tomorrows’.

You’ll assist in the delivery of a broad range of services to some of our most vulnerable customers across our Daventry district, using your practical knowledge and problem-solving to provide a customer-focussed approach.

You’ll be looking for real variety in your role; interacting with our customers, external agencies and partners, your team and the wider business, as well as signposting customers to appropriate support services.

You’ll also be looking for a challenge which will put your knowledge of housing law and customer focus to excellent use when dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy issues, property viewings and sign-ups with new customers.

• Signpost customers to FHG tenancy support team for money advice and/or other third-party agency support where appropriate.
• Consult with customers regarding any proposed works on schemes, ensure customers views are taken into consideration and encourage customers to engage with all activities which may affect their home.
• Liaise with the Communities Team where action is required and in response to unacceptable and anti-social behaviour which is impacting on the wider community.
• Support Community Housing Officers in collating evidence to support any necessary action as required.
• Promote community engagement activities by supporting community groups and events in communal areas/centres.
• Programme and install any enhanced or upgraded Telecare or Assistive Technology for Futures’ customers.
• Attend any faulty Telecare equipment as and when required during normal working hours across the Group.

We’re on the hunt for a Maintenance Operative, so, if you’re a multi-talented tradesperson, looking for a permanent role with a company that aims to provide excellent customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be part of a growing repairs team, visiting customers’ making bricklaying and roofing repairs, showcasing your eye for detail and excellent standards.

At interview you’ll need to show us your full clean driving licence and in order to be considered you’ll need to have a full driving licence.

If you have it we’d like to see your C&G or NVQ Level II in Roofing, Bricklaying or Carpentry, but this is not a deal breaker.

You’ll be working in a team of two with use of a company van during the day, visiting our customers’ homes, fixing various issues, taking pride in a job well done, knowing that you’ve made a real difference to our customers.

• To carry out a range of bricklaying or carpentry tasks in line with your skill set as issued to you by the work planner.
• To work as part of a two team to deliver our roofing programme and to support other team members when requested.
• Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHG’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
• Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customer directly to make access arrangements. Work flexibly to enable repairs to be carried out at times arranged with the customer.

We’re on the hunt for a Senior ICT Service Desk Technician to support our team.

We’re a progressive company, there’s never a dull moment so you’ll be putting the skills gained in your career so far to great use providing 1st and 2nd line technical support.

You’ll demonstrate a real team spirit, the desire to be ‘hands on’, be flexible and willing to attend sites when required as well as a desire to want to be part of upcoming ICT projects with the capability manage as required.

You’ll be a class collaborator sharing what you know, offering support and development as needed, working in partnership with the whole group in our pursuit of effortless customer service.

• Provision, maintenance, support and development of appropriate ICT infrastructure, systems, and data quality/security controls to ensure their availability, reliability, and integrity always.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical expertise, proactively supporting end users and other ICT colleagues and the development/delivery of the Group’s ICT strategy.
• Provide and implement support services internally to the ICT team, including but not limited to technical input/support; data preparation; ICT procurement, ensuring where possible that ICT hardware is in stock available at all times liaising with third party suppliers; maintaining supplier records; provision of management information/reports, documentation and all aspects relating to assisting the team in the development, delivery, and support of the Group’s ICT systems.
• End to end management of incidents, problems, support, and change requests, with escalation to internal 2nd line support and/or external suppliers where required
