The prize draw is being run by Futures Housing Group. To enter you must:

  • Complete the Help Hub Christmas Cracker competition.
  • Be a current customer of Futures Housing Group.
  • If we cannot verify that you are a Futures customer we will not be able to award you the prize and will draw again.
  • Employees of Futures Housing Group are not eligible to take part.
  • All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw and winners will be randomly selected.
  • For one extra entry you can send a festive drawing to communications@futureshg.co.uk. Only one extra entry will be counted, and the picture you send may be used on our website and social media channels. You must have appropriate permission to share the image you send. 

There is a maximum limit of two entries per customer (one for solving the Christmas cracker, and one for submitting a festive drawing). 

Three prizes are available in total:

  • One prize of £25 worth of shopping e-vouchers.
  • One prize of £15 worth of shopping e-vouchers.
  • One prize of £10 worth of shopping e-vouchers.

No cash alternative is available.

The prize draws will be drawn in order of decreasing monetary value.

The closing date for entries is 15 December 2023.

Winners will be notified by 20 December 2023.

  • Winners will be notified via the email they contacted us using.
  • Winners will have three weeks to respond to their notification – during that period we will contact multiple times to confirm – no response may result in re-drawing.
