Customers joined a video call with our CEO.

Thank you very much to the customers who joined our CEO, Tim Mulvenna on a video call last week.

The call was held through our online community My Voice, where customers were given an insight into the feedback so far from our latest customer survey, and of course the time to ask their own questions to Tim. Tim started by giving a sneak peek at our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures, (including the great news our customer satisfaction score has increased again) and then spoke about some of the themes we’ve been getting so far from customers who’ve filled in our corporate plan survey. Most of the questions asked by customers in the call were about a personal issue or experience, however this did bring on a discussion around how we set who’s a ‘priority’ when customers report repairs to us.
