We’re pleased to announce Futures’ Chief Executive Tim Mulvenna, has been appointed as Chair of a National Housing Federation Board.
Tim is now Chair of the National Housing Federation’s (NHF) East Midlands Sounding Board, which brings together Chief Executives and Directors from housing associations across the region. The Sounding Board helps shape and support the NHF’s work in the East Midlands, by providing feedback on the housing associations’ key priorities and issues.
As part of the role, Tim will also now Chair the East Midlands Leaders Forum which acts as a place for housing associations to share information, challenges and best practice on strategic issues affecting the sector.
Tim Mulvenna said: “The National Housing Federation acts as a voice for all housing associations in England and continually lobbies for our sector, so it’s great to be able to support them in their work.
“I’ve been a member of the Sounding Board since 2024, not long after I joined Futures, so I’m delighted to take on the role of Chair knowing how valuable the meetings are. The Sounding Board and Leaders Forum are a fantastic opportunity to grow better relationships with other housing associations, so we can share ideas and work together to support our joint goal of providing good quality affordable homes.”
