Our emergency repairs people will do their very best to respond to all callouts but response times could be affected by blocked roads or conditions that mean it's not safe to travel. Please bear with us.
And while we understand people's concerns about heating bills, do try to keep your home as warm as you can as it helps prevent problems such as burst pipes and reduces the health risks associated with extreme cold - particularly for older people and those with health conditions.
If the snowy conditions last into next week our Beep Assist team will be checking in with our more vulnerable customers to make sure everyone is okay.
