April marks the first ever financial wellbeing month, started by Finwell, Ripple and MHFA England to increase awareness of the link between financial wellbeing and mental health.

We know that when you’re concerned about money, it can have a huge impact on how you feel and ripple out to all areas of your life. This month, we’re working with our Tenancy Support team to share top tips, information and case studies about financial wellbeing and what support is available.

Our Tenancy Support team have a wealth of experience in supporting customers with a wide range of issues. They can help with:

  • Making sure you’re receiving everything you’re entitled to
  • Budgeting, debt advice and talking to suppliers
  • Referrals to food banks and external agencies like social care
  • Building your confidence, and getting you in touch with other organisations who can help you on your employment journey
  • Specialist support from our safeguarding and domestic abuse teams

They’re not there to judge, and they can really make a difference to your circumstances and help you to feel more secure and settled in your home. Throughout the month, we’ll be sharing just some of our customers’ experiences of working with our team.

If you need support, you can reach out to the Tenancy Support team by filling in our customer enquiries form, or calling 0300 456 2531.
