We’re ho-ho-hopeful for a joyful start to 2025 as we’re finalists in not one, but two categories at the Housing Innovation Awards.
The Housing Innovation Awards celebrate organisations working in housing who embrace emerging technologies and digital transformations. Futures is shortlisted in ‘Best use of data’ and ‘Best use of automation or AI in housing’.
The ‘Best use of data’ application shows our new streamlined process to help us proactively identify properties we may potentially need to sell in the future. This isn’t about reducing our number of homes, in fact it’s the opposite. Sometimes a home might not be right or viable for our customers’ needs and by selling a property it means we can reinvest the money in our current homes and future new builds that are more comfortable and affordable to live in.
The ‘Best use of automation or AI in housing’ highlights the variety of automation processes we use and how these are now saving our colleagues hundreds of hours of time. One automation alone has saved us 500 hours since the beginning of January 2023 to the end of October this year!
Both of the applications show projects that help us invest more money and time in our customers and their homes, and we’re really proud to have made it to a final shortlist being up against lots of housing organisations.
We’d like to wish good luck to everyone nominated and we’re looking forward to the ceremony that takes place on 12 February next year.
