Lindsey Williams, current Group Chief Executive at Futures announced she would be stepping down in September last year, after a successful 20 years in post.

The new CEO will join us at an exciting time as we launch our new corporate plan, which sets our ambitions and goals from 2024 onwards. You’ll play a pivotal role in not only embedding this new plan but also in helping it to evolve as our working environment continues to change.
