Futures is pleased to share a suite of three reports showing our performance and achievements over the last financial year.
We've published our annual report on a dedicated website that breaks down another milestone year for us. Highlights include building 227 new homes, cutting average call wait times to five minutes or less and keeping our top G1/V1 ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing. Colleagues across our 450+ workforce also star in a video montage detailing how they’ve supported customers and communities this year.
Along with this is our financial report, which also highlights another robust financial performance.
We've also published our third environmental, social and governance (ESG) report, showing another strong year for making steps on our sustainability journey. The report matches our performance against the Sustainability Reporting Standard and evidences why the environment, social impact and good governance are so important to us.
