We’ve hidden clues all across our Help Hub, and all you need to do to be in with a chance of winning is unscramble the letters and tell us what our special Christmas code is.

You’ll find your first clue below – work out which article you’d need to visit and find it on our Help Hub, and you’ll find your first letter and your next clue!

Once you’ve got all your letters, unscramble them to reveal a festive word and email it over to communications@futureshg.co.uk along with your name and address, and we’ll enter you into our prize draw. Please use ‘Help Hub Christmas cracker’ as your subject line to help us identify your entries.
