In line with most of the country, Futures will be observing the bank holiday that has been announced to mark the funeral of HRH The Queen next Monday (19 September).
As we will now be closed for the day, we will be operating our normal out-of-hours emergency service only. If you need an emergency repair you can call 0300 456 2531. Please note that this service is only to 'make-safe' any immediate hazards and is not a full repairs service. Non-urgent repairs can be reported through My Account or by emailing CSenquiries@futureshg.co.uk as normal.
We will be contacting all customers who had appointments arranged for the Monday to rearrange - you do not need to contact us for this.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this will cause. We are mindful though that these will be upsetting times for many people and this is an opportunity for everyone to reflect and honour Her Majesty’s great contribution and legacy. We also think that it's an important gesture for the nation as a whole to pause to mark this sad occasion.
