Following a recent audit, we’d like to congratulate our amazing Beep Assist team for retaining their TSA accreditation for the fourth year in a row. 

TSA accreditation means that the technology enabled care that we provide meets the criteria for the Quality Standards Framework, which assesses organisations against standards like user experience, safety, ethics and partnership working. We also have to prove that our assessment and installation of technology is at a suitable level, and that we’re working effectively and looking after our customers’ data to protect them from any harm. 

Anna Carroll, our Independent Living Manager (Partnerships) said: 

“This is a real testament to the work that our wonderful team do every day to provide the best service possible for our customers. We’re so proud of what we do and to have maintained our TSA accreditation for four years.” 

Well done to the whole team for their ongoing hard work and amazing achievement in retaining their accreditation.
