We’ve got the boxes packed and the keys ready – Futures is on the move. 

Our story originally started out in Amber Valley, so for a long time it made sense for our main HQ to be based in Ripley. For years we’ve been working from Asher House – but as we’ve grown as a business, so has the spread of our properties on the map, and we quickly realised that we needed to be more centrally located to best serve all the communities we work in. We’ve been looking to move for a while, and we’re excited to share that we’ll be moving into our new home in late October. 

Our headquarters will now be based at Futures House, near East Midlands airport – right in between our two main areas of Derbyshire and Northamptonshire. It’s been fitted out to embrace our new ways of working, providing a space that will empower our teams to do their best work and give them plenty of opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects to keep our organisation moving forward. In addition to this our touchdown points in the community and repairs depots will be refreshed, to make sure that our teams are able to work effectively wherever they need to be. 

Since the pandemic hit, many of our team members have been working in an increasingly agile way that suits them and their role – and we think our new office spaces will allow them to meet the needs of our customers and their role, whether they’re based at our new HQ, one of our touchdown points, out in the community or set up at home. 

For our customers, not much will change – you can continue to request face-to-face appointments with our team members in your local community by getting in touch with our customer services team. Appointments will need to be booked in advance so we can make sure the right person is available to meet with you. We’ve arranged for a postal redirect so don’t worry if you’ve got letters on the way to us – but from now please address things to:
