From 1 April we will no longer be open for customer face-to-face visits to our Asher House offices in Ripley. We are making this change as we now have lots of other ways for customers to talk to us, including via the website, phone and social media.
We have also invested in technology and local 'touchdown' offices so that our neighbourhood teams can work much more flexibly out in the community and visit customers face-to-face locally when they need to.
