Our development team has just completed a new housing scheme in Eastwood – Bailey Grove Road – with one of our longstanding construction partners, Derby-based Hodgkinson builders.
Together the partners have transformed this former brownfield site into a new residential development featuring six affordable rent two and three-bedroom homes, nine rent-to-buy two and three-bedroom homes, and two two-bedroom homes for shared ownership. All the shared ownership properties were pre-sold off plan, and the affordable rent and rent-to-buy homes are now occupied.
The site was finished in August this year and is just one of four schemes we’ve completed with Hodgkinson builders in the Eastwood area, and has a contract value of £2.1m.
