Last week we published our annual report for 2019-20 – One day: many lives.

In the report we wanted to share what happens on a typical day at Futures. As a large housing association, we own and manage over 10,000 homes across the East Midlands and have many teams - from neighbourhoods and repairs, to customer services and development – and over 300 team members who help make every day a success at Futures.

We also partner with a wide network of stakeholders who work with us to progress our plans and build even more safe and affordable homes for local people. Our stakeholders are house builders, developers, contractors and local authorities, to name a few, and we’re always looking to make connections to grow the business.

As usual, our annual report gives financial and reporting information, including statistics on the services we provide to customers, such as repairs work, and the number of customers we’ve helped with employment support and money advice.
