It’s official, Futures is one of the best companies in the world at managing and supporting its 290 staff, having been shortlisted in The Investors in People Awards 2018.
The awards celebrate the best approaches to developing and managing employees among businesses that have achieved Investors in People status across the globe. Shortlisted in the Gold Employer of the year 250+ category, we sit alongside employers including Tarmac Contracting, Bishop Burton College and Morgan Sindall Construction.
The news comes in the same week we announced that we have secured Investors in People Gold for the first time in our history.

Winners of the award’s 13 categories will be announced on 28 November.
