Robert Hodgkinson of Sturdy Construction said: “Following on from the success of the first phase of the Great Northern Road project, we were delighted to commence works on phase two. We maintained our high standards of workmanship alongside giving care and attention to every aspect of the job. It was a pleasure to be part of the regeneration of the street.”

The site will offer three, two-bedroom homes and two, three-bedroom homes for shared ownership, one of which is a detached property. It will also offer two, three-bedroom homes and four, two-bedroom homes for rent.
