Before you contact us, we recommend searching our online database - the Help Hub - to see if your question has already been answered. It's a one-stop-shop for queries about rent, repairs, money advice, your tenancy and more. It can also help you to resolve issues without having to get in touch with us.

Repairs and maintenance

Our online portal, MyAccount, allows you to report repairs for your home, wherever and whenever it suits you. You'll need your tenancy reference number to register for the service.

If you're having any issues with your neighbours or something in your neighbourhood is bothering you, please let us know. We can help with a range of antisocial behaviour including fly-tipping, noise and boundary issues.

All of our new properties, for rent or sale, are advertised through local estate agents on Rightmove. We have found this makes it easier for our customers. You can deal directly with the agent to make the process as smooth as possible.

Shared ownership

Shared ownership is a more affordable way to become a home owner than buying outright from the start. Our newest shared ownership properties are advertised through Rightmove by local estate angents.
