We’re part of a national network of place-based housing organisations called PlaceShapers.
The organisation acts as a voice for its members and for local communities because many voices can make a bigger difference than one.
Placeshapers has launched a new survey for people who rent their homes to help better understand how landlords can communicate with customers about potential rent increases next year. They want to ensure that we all keep our customers well informed and that we help people to understand the new charges and what this means to them.
This survey will take around ten minutes at most to complete and your views will make a significant impact in supporting other tenants across the UK.
The survey will close on Monday 12 December2022 and your feedback will be treated anonymously.
