Stanley Street is our largest affordable home site to date and has 191 energy efficient homes with solar panels, electric car charging points and thicker insulation. All of these measures have been put in place to make the homes more comfortable and affordable to heat.
There's a mixture of affordable housing options on the development, including 90 homes for social rent, 79 for shared ownership and 11 homes for Rent to Buy.

Our total investment is just under £40m and the site is being built in partnership with Miller Homes, Richard Morris Associates and Homes England. All homes are expected to be finished in 2026.
Shared ownership
- There's a number of two and three bedroom homes available with shares up to 75%.
- All homes include flooring throughout, parking for two cars and turfed rear garden.
- We advertise the shared ownership homes through local estate agents and online sites like Rightmove and Zoopla.
The social rent homes will be added to the housing register and allocated by the local council just like other social housing homes.
