Expected to be ready in 2027
There will be 21 energy efficient homes on this scheme on Springwell Lane, Whetstone. The homes will feature air source heat pumps and solar panels to help reduce energy bills, as well as electric car charging points.
Built in partnership with MyPad and thanks to funding from Homes England, the homes will be for both social rent and shared ownership.
Shared ownership
- The homes will be available with shares up to 75%.
- We advertise the shared ownership homes through local estate agents and online sites like Rightmove and Zoopla.
The social rent homes will be added to the housing register and allocated by the local council just like other social housing homes.
