Expected to be ready in 2026

Peasehill in Ripley, Derbyshire will be made up of 31 energy efficient homes. Each home will come with an electric car charging point, solar panels and thicker insulation to help make them more comfortable and affordable to heat.

Twenty of the homes will be for social rent - to help bring much needed homes to those waiting on the housing register - and 11 of the homes will be for Rent to Buy. To find out more about how Rent to Buy works, click here.

  • One, two, three and four bedroom houses.
  • One bedroom flats.

Our total investment is almost £2.4m and the scheme is being built in partnership with Geda Construction Company and Homes England.

The social rent homes will be added to the housing register and allocated by the local council just like other social housing homes. We'll advertise the Rent to Buy homes through local estate agents and online sites like Rightmove and Zoopla.
