Expected to be ready in 2027
Marion Avenue will be made up of 28 energy efficient homes in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. The homes will feature air source heat pumps and solar panels to help reduce energy bills, as well as electric car charging points.
Built in partnership with MyPad and thanks to Homes England funding of over £2.6m, the two and three bedroom houses will be for both social rent and shared ownership.
Shared ownership
- There's a number of two and three bedroom homes available with shares up to 75%.
- We advertise the shared ownership homes through local estate agents and online sites like Rightmove and Zoopla.
The social rent homes will be added to the housing register and allocated by the local council just like other social housing homes.
