The latest edition of our customer magazine will land through letterboxes this week and includes exciting information about new customer roles coming up at Futures. The roles are paid and will give you a chance to influence and shape our services and work in the community.
Lots of customers already do influence our services and this magazine has several stories about changes we've made in response to customer feedback. There's also an important update about Awaab's Law, something you may have heard about on the news recently as the new legislation came into effect on 27 October.
