Last week our My Voice community had the opportunity for some face-to-face time with our new CEO, Tim Mulvenna. This was the first (but certainly not last!) online focus group on My Voice, and it was an amazing chance for our customers to meet Tim and get some answers to their burning questions.
We welcomed customers from across our geographical areas, from up in Alfreton all the way to Northampton. Tim answered questions on sustainability measures like electrical vehicle chargers and heat pumps, improving properties to make them more efficient, communal areas and security. We also chatted about estate walkabouts, reaching customers in a wider range of areas, and how we can make sure we’re focusing on the things that matter most to customers.
Here are just a few of the actions that have come from Tim’s first focus group:
- We’re looking at how we can make sure our customers’ homes are energy efficient, to help with costs and the environment.
- We’re exploring how we can better represent all of our areas in our communications and events, to make sure customers feel involved regardless of where they live.
- Tim’s planning on visiting some of the local areas where there are specific concerns, so he can see for himself the challenges customers are facing.
Our PR & Communications team is also working with teams across the business to improve how we communicate and make sure our messages land in the right way.
The focus group was a great opportunity for us to hear directly from our customers what’s important to them at Futures – and they’ve also fed this in through a survey on My Voice, set by Tim to find out what our customers value most, and how they want us to improve. He’ll be sharing his thoughts on the responses soon to the community.
If you want to be involved in future opportunities to meet Tim and other members of our team, join My Voice – you’ll also get to speak to other customers, get to know the decisions that Futures are facing and have your voice heard on important projects.Tap here to join My Voice or tap here to find out about the other ways you can influence the work we do at Futures.
