We know that it’s never convenient when things go wrong in your home – especially when things go bump in the night or disrupt your Sunday afternoon. If an emergency happens when our offices are closed, you can still call us on 0300 456 2531 and you’ll get through to our out-of-hours service, which can help you to triage the problem and get someone sent out to make your home safe.
From 30 May, this service will be provided by an organisation called Careium – a new supplier for Futures with lots of experience providing out-of-hours support. Although we’re changing supplier, we don’t anticipate any disruption to our service or to your experience.
