We’re so excited that our people team has been shortlisted for the East Midlands Chamber’s Enterprising Women Team of the Year award! The team has successfully made it to the finals, which will take place in October.
The pandemic has challenged all of our amazing teams throughout the business, and we’re delighted that our people team will be recognised at this year’s awards.
The awards take place every year and this year two of our apprentices, Emily Large and Lisa Scarboro were also nominated alongside Nicky Hope, our Director of Transformation, for her work on the corporate plan.
Futures is also proud to be sponsoring the Business Woman of the Year category at the awards. Championed by our Group Chief Executive, Lindsey Williams, who also spoke at the shortlisting event about her career journey and the challenges she’s faced, we want to recognise and celebrate individuals who excel and influence others.
