Futures Housing Group is proud to support ema consultancy’s new #GetonBoard programme for graduate board members looking to move into non-executive roles.
This week, Lindsey Williams, Futures’ CEO, delivered an interactive session on personal branding to 14 participants taking part in the initiative. In addition, Futures is providing funding for delegates to have their LinkedIn profiles reviewed, and sending each of them a copy of Personal Branding for Brits by Jennifer Holloway.
ema consultancy is running the programme to encourage board diversity among non-executives, focussing on under-represented groups including women and young people. Many of the delegates already had an interest in securing a board role, however some felt there were perhaps barriers preventing them from achieving this.
Futures is proud to be part of this exciting initiative and is committed to promoting diversity at all levels within the organisation and across the sector.
