We’re delighted to announce that Futures has been shortlisted for the Excellence in Customer Service award for Derbyshire at this year’s East Midlands Chamber business awards.
Congratulations to our customer services team who always go the extra mile for our customers! It’s been an extremely difficult few months with additional demand on services, the challenges of working from home during lockdown, and helping customers who are struggling with the effects of the pandemic. We want to thank everyone in the customer services team – we are so proud of everything you do!
Dean Anderson presented to a virtual judging panel on Tuesday 15 September and the results be announced in due course.
We also want to say congratulations to Access Training, which is jointly owned by Futures. Access Training is shortlisted for the Education and Business Partnership award in both Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Access Training also has two apprentices shortlisted for the Apprentice of the Year award in Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Both apprentices were nominated by their employers Nottingham City Homes and EMH.
This year, Futures is proudly sponsoring the East Midlands Chamber’s new Environmental Impact Award for Derbyshire, which will be awarded to an organisation which puts environmental sustainability at the core of its business. The five nominees are:
